Who should not use the Aura Matrix Elite? +
The Aura Matrix Elite is contraindicated for individuals with pacemakers and for those who are pregnant.
What is the Aura Matrix Elite? +
The Aura Matrix Elite is a handcrafted flagship wellness table combining six synchronized modalities — quantum PEMF/scalar wave technology, time-aligned vibroacoustics, 18,000 LUX NIR phototherapy, the motorized Aura Shield™ Faraday canopy, neuro-acoustic soundscapes, and chromatic light filtration. It's built for wellness centers, integrative practitioners, and private sanctuaries.
What is the Aura Video Station 7 scan shown on your site? +
The Aura Video Station 7 is a biofeedback imaging device some practitioners use to visualize shifts in a client's energetic field before and after a session. It is a subjective wellness and biofeedback tool, not a diagnostic or clinical medical device, and the imagery reflects one individual's session rather than a guaranteed or typical outcome. We share it as an illustration of the experience some clients report, not as medical evidence.
Is the phototherapy safe? +
The phototherapy array is calibrated and filter-controlled, with session parameters set during your practitioner training.
Space & Power
What are the dimensions and space requirements? +
The table footprint is 4' × 8' (48" × 96" / 121.9 cm × 243.8 cm). Fully deployed, the canopy reaches 95" (7'11" / 241.3 cm) in height. A minimum ceiling height of 8' is required, and there are no doorway width restrictions for installation. We recommend a minimum room size of 10' × 12' (304.8 cm × 365.8 cm).
What are the power requirements? +
120V, 15A for the US, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. 240V, 7A for the rest of the world. A dedicated circuit is recommended.
What is the weight capacity? +
350 lbs (158.8 kg).
Delivery & Care
How long does delivery and installation take? +
Current lead time is approximately 4 months from order to delivery, due to our hand-assembly process. Once your build is complete, shipping typically takes about 3 weeks — by truck within the US, or by air for international deliveries.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. Domestic US deliveries typically ship by truck; international deliveries ship by air, with both generally taking about 3 weeks after your build is complete.
Do I need any special training to operate it? +
No prior technical experience is required. Every purchase includes hands-on practitioner training at installation covering session protocols, filter lens selection, canopy operation, and the bio-frequency library.
What maintenance does the system require? +
Clean fabric surfaces and the canopy as needed, wipe down optical lenses every 3 months, and check table hardware/frame tightness every 6 months.
What warranty is included? +
The metal frame and wood are covered for 2 years. Light vessels are covered for 2 years (shipped back to us for service). Electronics are covered for 1 year.
Can the Aura Matrix Elite be customized? +
No. As a flagship, fixed-configuration system, the Aura Matrix Elite is not available with customization or finish options.

What does the $88,000 investment include? +
The full acquisition price includes the handcrafted table system itself, white-glove freight delivery, complete on-site assembly, precision acoustic and canopy calibration, and hands-on practitioner training.
