3. Cookies & Third-Party Services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. Testimonial videos are hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only load once you choose to play one — no video connects to YouTube until then. If you commission a system, payment and any repayment arrangements are handled through Stripe, a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

We keep inquiry and commission-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a commission, and meet our legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations. You may request that we delete information we hold about you at any time, as described below.
